We weren't told that our room was next the evening performance, the music was too loud and had to wait until after 10:30 to go to bed. The deck around the Binniguenda pool was very dirty and was never washed. The wicker chairs in the after 5 lounge were broken down and in need of replacement. Overall the staff tried very hard to please everyone. The Besch Club was very enjoyable. Would recommend this resort only the above comments were addressed

There is need to clearly outline dress code requirements for their formal restaurant. Most people traveling to a resort like this do not bring formal clothing and leather shoes. Also , the dress code was not consistently enforced. PUT THE INFO ON THE WEBSITE! Evening food choices got a little boring during the second week but local restaurants were an inexpensive option. Hotel staff were excellent. Pool , beach and sun were a great respite from our Alberta winter Overall I enjoyed my stay and I intend to go back again.

Truly terrible All inclusive hotel with truly awful food buffet at breakfast and dinner. Didn’t even have breakfast sausages or bacon which North American tourists expect. Only meat served at dinner was overcooked, shredded and re- served or chicken drowning in awful sauce. There were no grilled meats or carne asada. The property is run down and in need of a complete renovation and painting. Only bright spot was the accommodating and friendly staff who are working for owners who won’t pay for good food or a chef to prepare it. We had to eat out frequently at restaurants and left with 4 days unused.

This property was one of the first in Huatulco , it’s small but very very clean , we loved the room , staff attentiveness. Our stay was very pleasant, if I have one negative it’s that the only restaurant they have is edible but surely not a higher class , it’s ok , having use of Niro is great , the beach is exquisite and Niro is perfect. Together I’d recommend this resort , if you like a laid back style stay. Note if you like 5 restaurants and all if the big resort things , this resort isn’t for you. If you want a super clean , well run resort that’s relaxing , maybe this is it.

This smaller AI property is beautifully landscaped and perfectly located within walking distance of Crucecita, Chuhue, Santa Cruz beach, and many restaurants. The staff speaks English. Check in and check out was super easy. Rooms are ok, although the bed is really soft. The gap between lunch service (1-5) and dinner (7:30-?) was not convenient as we prefer to eat an early dinner. Breakfast was very good, and service was excellent. Beach club restaurant, pool, and beach location were excellent. We plan to return to the Binniguenda!

This was a lovely property. The Binnigueda IS NOT situated on the beach. You do have to take a shuttle or walk 8 minutes to the adjacent Niru beach club for beach access. Not a problem at all, just be aware. The service was fantastic and Abraham, Daniel and Thomas were excellent at making sure all our needs were met! The food was lovely and it was really nice to see the difference in the local cuisine included in the daily buffet. My taste buds say the food in the Oaxaca region is definitely spicier than Mazatlan, Cabo, PV, Cancun or Akumal. Just my opinion. We will be back as this has become a favourite destination for us!
