"The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed most of the stay. The restaurant servers were very nice and helpful. Honestly, I was disappointed that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I had to go to the restaurant to buy one and no refills. I understand is a way to make money but it was an inconvenience since I would have loved to make my coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. "This is an absolutely lovely property with the sweetest staff. Everyone is incredible welcoming and kind. Both beaches are stunning and very quiet, awesome for looking at seashells and body surfing. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe, but I truly cannot stress enough that it is the staff who make this resort truly remarkable. As well as the beautiful nature and delicious food!! Absolutely amazing time here, thank you to everyone. "

"No major complaints - The facilities are great. Pool areas and beach access is perfect. No gym facilities was surprising. There is no Entertainment on site - We found out the last day that we could attend the sister property where they had nightly shows. I suppose we could have asked. So in this regard I would rate this hotel as a good choice to stay. Location is great. Food is good. Service is great. Would come back again "

"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. "We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English.
