"Location is wonderful walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and into the theater district upgrading to the breakfast is worth it. The AC did not work very well and was quite noisy outside the hotel. A solid for for the price in the convenience of the location."

"Fabulous location, and a nice quiet area at night. Easily walkable to Oxford street/theatre district and Regents Park. Having previously lived in London, I think this is a great place to base yourself for a visit. Easy close proximity to Kings Cross and Euston- meaning Northern and Victoria tube lines are easily accessible. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too. "

"The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is very small but it's fine. Loved the light up mirror! Hotel was very quiet, service was great everyone was friendly. My only issue is it was really really hot and the pillows were too big so I had a neck ache using one and two so one the original size and one a bit smaller would have been great. Great location also"

"We were very happy with our stay - 5 nights March 7-12, 2025. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Although we faced the street, the traffic noise didn't bother us at night. There are several hospitals nearby, so quite a few sirens. If you're noise sensitive, you might prefer a room facing the courtyard. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive. However, we didn't find the same level of friendliness at the restaurant and found them a bit rude....
