"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...

"Low cost & very close to the airport. Although the hotel and room looked clean there was a foul smell in the bathroom so it’s possible there was a leak in the drainage. Aircraft noise was tolerable but we had the windows open due to it being warm and the first flight in woke us at 04:40. None of the staff wore masks and there was a group of three unmasked guests chatting in the small reception area, so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s a budget hotel so best not expect too much."

"this was not an apartment. it was only a bedsit and not a very good one at that. an apartment should have a seperate sitting area. this was just a double bed and a chair in one room with a kitchenette area. the bed was very uncomfortable and was up against one wall which had the electric wall sockets right next to the bed. stayed as a couple."
