"I love this place and have stayed here many times. It is connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow by a walkway so no matter which terminal you need, you can get there with a quick tube ride. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, full hot breakfast is great, there is a bar, and the restaurant is open on holidays. "

"Convenient location served by the Hotel Hoppa bus for terminals 2 & 3. Good soundproofing, room was quiet and good for a night’s sleep. Food in bar/restaurant was so-so. "

"The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night."
