"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"The hotel is 4 minutes away (walk) from a Tube station, take in consideration is a 40 min ride to central London, the room was ok, clean, smell a bit moist but not a huge deal, the room was cleaned well on a daily basis. The staff was very nice and provided a good service, the area is not the most glamorous but if you are going to use this hotel as a place to stay while enjoying the day in London this will do for a very decent price. I would stay here again with no issues"
