"The service was faultless - the staff were really lovely helpful. The breakfast was very special - abundant with Japanese and Western options - and with exceptional views from the 10th floor. The onsen was also a fabulous bonus and perfect for unwinding after a big day on the slopes. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and and could do with a refresh. And the location, close to Moizwa ski lifts, is not the best if you are after the best terrain - Annupuri or Grand Hirafu are much better. But the shuttle service to those nearby resorts was great. the pther option is to rent a car so you're not constrained by the shuttle service timnetable. Overall a great experience and good value. "

"Loved our stay here! We did ski in/ ski out and everything was so convenient and well thought out. We were here over the holidays and they had so many activities planned for people who didn't want to ski. It's a great family friendly place with lots to do and see. So many different eating options and bars. It made it so fun to explore the resort and neighboring hotels. Fun little shops to get souvenirs. Loved every minute of it. The Christmas program was wonderful! Go for the holidays if you can! "
