"Really fantastic stay. The location is great, right down from the main grand hirafu gondola and the hotel offers free drop off in the morning too. We rented from Grand hirafu annex which included storage but the hotel has ski storage too. There’s a separate men’s and women’s hot tub that’s real nice. Oh and a vending machine with beer and cocktails. The staff is super nice and helpful, overall great trip!"

"The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!"

"Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of spectacular, the staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and caring. You really feel like you are being hosted by family when you stay here. My partner and I got engaged during our trip and they went and got us cake from a bakery down the street!! We will definitely be returning to Niseko and staying at Bliss Lodging!"

This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. The hotel has all the amenities required for the most wonderful stay. Breakfast has everything you can imagine, very tasty (I especially like the miso soup and healthy options available). "Hotel was ok. Location good for walking around but carrying ski gear to gondola base daily is a pain. Main annoyance was the barely warm water for showers each day. Not very pleasant after a long day skiing Hotel overall quite dated. Staff were friendly and professional as always in Japan"

"Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was...
