Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period. Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Overall, a pleasant experience. My main complaint relates to the cleaning service, which was not thorough at all. For example, dead winter bugs in plain sight were not removed during my 10-day stay.

Little bit out of the way but they run shuttle buses every 30mins which can get full to the lifts. The buses also run until 9pm. Breakfast is good and dinner was good (breaded oysters and ramen) Rooms are a good size with enough storage Reception was friendly and helpful Clean rooms
