A fantastic resort with everything to keep you entertained. Unfortunately, there was a fire in our building and we had to evacuate. The hotel relocated us 5 hours later, but it ruined most of our stay that day.

Convenient location at the base of West Mt. Thats what you're really paying for. Otherwise, like other snow resorts, you're paying inflated dining prices. Dining options are limited to certain times. Facilities are mostly nice, however, it could be done up to freshen up the resort. Staff are helpful when approached. Most speak enough english to get you by.

The Onsen was very nice, and there were lots of good and affordable food options. The staff wasn't very helpful in getting a taxi and we basically had to do it on our own. At first I was skeptical of the ski locker system, but it actually worked out well. We'd like to return.

Very well equipped ski resort. Food are not bad, price is ok with the current exchange rate. Staffs are generally friendly. But it doesn’t allow non ski school beginner to use the magic carpet close to north building. A little bit inconvenient.
