"Beautiful, brand new property. The Nino Club offering is great with breakfast included and lounge access (snacks and drinks in a quiet comfortable space). Gym was awesome. Onsen also amazing (no tattoos however). Short walk to Hanazano lifts. Dumped snow the whole time we were there. Park Hyatt Niseko restaurants close by if you need more variety. We will be back. "

"It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level. The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied on bottled water. But other than that, he hotel and room condition are good. And it felt homely in the very cold condition when we were in Niseko. The breakfast at the hotel, for 2700 yen is also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was not bad too. We could not get a larger room, if there are."

"This was a terrific stay. We all loved it. Suites were large and minimalist but very tasteful, exceptionally comfortable with all technical amenities and private onsen in each suite. I would describe this as a luxury and modern take on the traditional Japanese inn (inn was built in 2020). Inn is about 7 minutes drive from the hopping ski town of Hirafu. Hotel provides free shuttle back and forth at specified times and Go Taxi app worked well, so no need for rental car. Very peaceful and relaxing and a nice way to experience Japanese culture (the ski town hotels feel by contrast a bit like you could be anywhere in the world). Great massages at spa. Small fitness room. Food is very good. Really friendly staff."
