"Beautiful resort, my complaint was the intermittent non working elevator. My roommate also was bitten several tines on legs and arm...bedbugs??? Not sure, a week later, we are still itching 😬. "

"The staff was very helpful when it came to accommodating my family. We were a large group and some of us made plans to eat at ElCarey & LaTortuga. When most of the family members got there (this would be the restaurant as you look at the omelette section, it would be on your right hand side), we decided to all eat together. The evening staff was great. They moved tables (there was approximately 24 of us), got a cake, sang happy birthday with musical instruments and entertain us, they were wonderful. "
