"There was no shuttle provided to and from the airport, had to pay a taxi, unexpected cost. A 'voucher' was required when checking in, proof of our booking, which didn't make sense after all the items I filled out online prior to our trip. After a long day of travel not stuff you really want to deal with. On the flip side, once we settled in we had a really nice week. Place was nice, food was good and the beach was in reasonable walking distance."

"I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day....

"Very impressed by this resort. The beach was better than expected, the pictures online do no justice. The grounds are super clean. The food was great we loved the selection. And the Cinolas beach restaurant was so romantic great food. The pools are stunning. This is a great resort to relax. Only downside would be lack of pool side entertainment, no music playing and not much activities for young adults but I would absolutely come back! "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
