"The location of the hotel was a bit odd, although it was close to the Hammersmith tube station which worked well. It didn’t feel walker friendly as there are lots of roads intersecting near and around the hotel but I managed. Good news is that there is a taxi queue right outside which was convenient. The registration desk is on the first floor not the street level ground floor which can cause confusion. The sleeping rooms are basic but the bed was very comfortable. "Nice location - not far from Hammersmith bus and tube stations. Pleasant but not overly talkative staff. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was clean but the clothes storage was near to falling over, plug socket and light fittings damaged and potentially dangerous, metal bed frame broken and very noisy. The room would have benefitted from having blackout curtains as the morning light flooded in at around 6am."
