"Last time I stayed up London way we were an hour out of the city so this time I wanted somewhere much more central and gave myself £200 budget for four nights for me and my lad. Was it possible? Found this place for just over budget. Read some really bad stuff but chanced it. Room was small but cosy, comfortable bed with clean bedding, heater was on the whole time which was a relief as it was 3 degrees out, shower was lovely and hot too. "Our room was freshly painted and bathroom very tight, but not bad for a quick overnight stay! The manager/owner of the property did us the big favor of holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The area is great! Lots of great and cozy restaurants and bars, including a small but cool shopping area near by. Lastly, my wife left her Apple watch in the room and great to know it was kept safe with manager/owner. We appreciate the excellent customer service! "

"Nice little room only hotel with very friendly staff on duty 24 hrs. Close to King Cross and St Pancras stations and not far from Coal Drops Yard with lots of places to eat or drink. There is no lift in this accommodation and if you’re in a 4th floor room it’s a bit of a climb, particularly with luggage. Rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely little wet room. Nice and quiet and would definitely use this hotel again. "
