"Everything about our room for the 13 day stay was quite good, one minor exception was the blinds in the window being fixed in different positions. The bathroom was excellent, with a strong shower, and associated storage being good for our stay. The room lighting is good and fun, with the colors over the bed. The heating/cooling controls required 4 days of experimentation to partially figure out…a simpler more effective control should be on the to-do list, along with the blinds."

"We stayed at the Cumberland Hotel for a celebratory weekend away following our wedding and the hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our check in experience by Ali Mansour was one of the best we have had to date, he was extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating to our needs and gave a great first impression of the hotel. From then on the service from staff in both the main restaurant and breakfast room did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and the live music entertainment in the evening topped it off! The location is central so ideal for those looking to explore london. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back again. Thank you very much Cumberland hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space. "
