"The condo itself is very nice and clean. The location is awesome for families—it’s a very short walk to the pool and to the beach. We had two toddlers and an infant and it had the basics we needed for them (pack n play, high chair, beach toys, etc). The showers in the condo have awesome water pressure, the outdoor barbecue was wonderful to have, and we would definitely stay here again. "

"This is was our 4th trip to Waikoloa on the Big Island, our 3rd time time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Our family absolutely loves the Big Island and there is no other place we will stay! This condo did not disappoint. It was immaculate, comfortable, well appointed with everything our family needed. The lanai was lovely and enjoyed using the gas grill. "Lovely 2 bedroom condo in quiet gated community. Kitchen well stocked and MOST appreciated were the many beach items, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids - and much more. Close to shops and beaches. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great, clean house with 4 bathrooms, great kitchen. Large tables inside and out for a crew. But the property is dated. I acknowledge that upkeep near Hawaii shoreline is a challenge. The pool interior is ready for redo...but kids will not care and easy to monitor from comfortable locations. The pool water was clean since it recycles every day. This is a large, roomy house for group, but HOT bedrooms on main floor, since AC is not centrally located. The dryer vents into the laundry/twin...
