"Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great host, very accommodating to all our requests. Minutes from shops and restaurants. Place was clean and as described. If we are ever in Hilo again we will definitely stay here."

"Great, clean house with 4 bathrooms, great kitchen. Large tables inside and out for a crew. But the property is dated. I acknowledge that upkeep near Hawaii shoreline is a challenge. The pool interior is ready for redo...but kids will not care and easy to monitor from comfortable locations. The pool water was clean since it recycles every day. This is a large, roomy house for group, but HOT bedrooms on main floor, since AC is not centrally located. The dryer vents into the laundry/twin...

"We had a great stay at Terry's place. The location was perfect for our itinerary, and the view is divine. We loved sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee, looking out over Carlsmith Beach Park.
