The property seemed to have a nice atmosphere with the different spaces and room themes though there were some areas undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay. "Gorgeous property, quiet and serene, loved sleeping to the rain. It is clear this place was a labor of love to build and is well maintained. The volcanoes national park was 5 mins away and so convenient. The little “town” of Volcano had good restaurants and art center. Would love to come back!"

"Thanks to Erich and Suzy for making our short stay as cozy as possible and helping us figure out plans. Between plane delays and terribly rainy weather, our volcano visit was mostly a washout. But the rooms were very cute, the nice big bathroom was helpful to have with all 4 of us, and the breakfast was delish. Thanks again!"

And lovely location! Breathtaking views of the valley and the ability to easily get to the quaint town of Honoka’a. We specifically chose this location so we could have a central spot to come back to after exploring parts of the northern area of the island. Highly recommend! "
