"Very nice and comfortable lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, when we asked then to show us the directions to certain places we had to go, they were very helpful and were willing to show us from the map. We were given a room with a harbour view which was absolutely stunning. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room so I didn't mind the room was small, in fact I think it was a decent size unless you plan to spend more time in your room. The only one thing I would pick on is the shower room. The shower shelter doesn't do anything at all, the floor was all wet after the shower. We had to dry the floor with the towel afterwards otherwise it would be a bit uncomfortable to enter the shower room/ toilet again afterwards. We visited the Sky Bar on the 8th floor on our last night, we sat next to the window with a stunning view that we could see the harbour and the concert hall. Staff at the bar are very friendly. The location of this hotel is great too, we had a few activities which required us to meet up at the bus stop 5 (Harpa) which is just cross the road from the hotel, very convenient. Also, great distance from the city centre so not a problem at all walking between the hotel and the city centre. Our overall experience staying at this hotel was excellent."

"The food was fantastic and very friendly staff. Public transport is limited and the hotel staff didn't have any knowledge about this, taxi to the centre £14 but we managed to work out the bus and the fare was 57p!! use the bus stop opposite the hotel no 5 drops off a few streets away from the Church and pick it back up by Chicken Wings facing East two streets down but the drivers are not friendly sadly..but the buses ran on time.."

"Location is very convenient and all of the staff - Eduardo, Erik, Gurtej we dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The only con was our room facing a building which didn't give us privacy so had to keep our shades pulled. The shower could have been designed better as water gets out and is also really small for an average built person."
