"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. We did find some good places...

"Hotel is old with outdated bathroom with a disgusting & moldy shower curtain. Bed and pillow very firm - felt like sleeping on a floor. Receptionists are friendly, but barely speak English, which caused some issues with our airport transportation booking."

"The staff and manager at this hotel are beyond expectations, very friendly, so helpful and kind. The pool is absolutely amazing. It’s a five minute free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. The pool must be at least 40 m or more long. It’s huge and it’s beautiful set right on the side of the beach. I highly recommend this hotel."
