"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. "We hired the whole boat and that made it an even more magical experience! Halong bay was amazing, but the Aman Junk boat experience was amazing. Boat was a big run down, but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meals were amazing. Only problem was Expedia advertised meals etc included but it was all extra!"
