"First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. "Food was good not great. Like most cruises they nickel and dime you death. Access to water and coffee at no charge would have been nice to have given the cost of the cruise. The beds are hard as a rock and uncomfortable and the deck chairs lack cushions. With all this said, the crew are great and Halong Bay is one the most spectacular sights on the planet. Definitely a must when visiting Vietnam."
