"First time cruising in HLB and will not be a last time. We are very impressed with how Grand Pioneers organized the whole trip of 2 days and 1 night at their property. Everything was so perfect and we were regret that we should booked at least 2 nights. The staffs and whole crews were so professional, kind and super nice. We will come back soon. "

"Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy."

"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. "Good location and very well kept facility compared to other hotels in the area. We checked into a nearby hotel first and was disappoint and booked Wyndham the next day, it was a night and day difference. Would love to come back"

"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. "Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "
