When I arrived the house was very dirty, for example the kitchen counters were dirty with food crubs, the sink had food. I had to clean and disinfect the entire house myself. All the towel racks were useless, not able to hang my towel especially in the master bedroom. I really could not stay there one more night so I checked the night before the check out day.
