"This hotel is absolutely above 5 stars. I have traveled the world for over 20 years. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My luggage was in my room on a rack before I could get my room key asked check in Desk when my luggage would arrive in my room the check in desk said my luggage was already in our room . The 9 floor gold rooms with their private outside terrace and fantastic food all day and into the night. If you’re going on a cruise ship from Vancouver the ship docks are right across the street. AJ at the front check in desk was marvelous when he saw my c pac machine he sent up distilled water to my room for free. Absolutely awesome. The next day I receive an unsolicited text from AJ to see how my stay is going and if there was anything we needed . Definitely 6 stars world class hotel."

I enjoyed everything about it but the price, but let me quickly add that its price was much more reasonable than all the alternatives which I considered in Vancouver. It was cheaper and, I believe, better than even the nearby"Y"."
