"Surrounded by the jungle and mountains,you are in the only big resort on the Bay. The Zoo is in walking distance, and many tours are available from the front desk. We had excellent meals at the different restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling in the bay is a blast, and Los Arcos is very close. Oh, and the Taco lady makes 'em fresh and fast."

"Overall, the property is amazing. The rooms are well maintained and my family and I has an amazing week. The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."

"The property is perfect for families . Funny nighttime entertainment. Good food. Great people working from the servers , to bar staff . The beach is great to be at and pool is clean. "

"Pools were nice, the infinity pool was a bit cool but it was almost always empty so i had the pool to myself, that was great. The usual issue that every resort has, people leaving stuff on pool chairs to reserve them and you do not see anyone in them for hours. This makes it difficult to get chairs anywhere in the pool area. Rooms where good we booked 2 rooms for 7 people, both rooms were good. Beds where very good. It would have been nice if the rooms would have had a small fridge. Staff was good. I would stay there again. Good value."

"It was all very nice except that the beach is very small and most of the huts were pretty much covered up with sand. They could also use a little more entertainment at night to keep the kids busy but for the rest it was a beautiful place!"
