"We were going to arrive long after the normal check-in time. Called ahead to make them aware & the staff was more than accommodating, sending us an email of the gate code and a location of where to find the key. The facility is fairly new, so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and lazy river but it was too cold to enjoy during our visit, but we're intending to go back this summer. Office staff on premises were friendly and polite, with plenty of knowledge on dining & nightlife....

"This was my second time staying at this property. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. This is not your sterile bland new hotel style home. There is a beautiful courtyard full of tropical plants and 2 fountains. I came to escape winter in iowa, and brought my bike to get some exercise. The owners kindly let me keep it in a little shed. The house is an easy walk to spotted cat jazz bar, a great food market and right next door to Roch market,, with many dining options. Tom immediately helps...
