"The property was updated and it wa clean for the most part. The breakfast was repetitive with eggs/sausage/waffles. We stayed 4 days/3 nights/ the 3rd day we didn’t get housekeeping services & had to ask for towels plus trash was overflowing. The room was clean on check in.Our heater/cooling unit was broken. We had to let the front desk know about that they said they put a repair request in but they never came. We had to keep the window open. Thankfully the temp wasn’t unbearable. For the price...

"Comfortable and quiet room. Our bathroom door would not shut but overall the room was nice for an older hotel. Unfortunately we were on a road trip vacation and happened to stay when 1500 students showed up for a convention. Waiting more than a half an hour for the elevator was unimpressive. Not the hotels fault "

"Beautiful location right on the lake, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and with good access to ski resorts. We enjoyed the hot tub. The room design wasn't the greatest, but the beds were comfortable."

"Place is clean. Breakfast is good with lots of option. Staff are friendly. Location is a block and a half to Salt Palace Convention Center, for volleyball tournaments. It is really an eight minute walk. There is also a small food court with indoor/outdoor seating, that is walkable. "
