"This property is usually great but this time around we had issues. Didn’t realize room cleaning wasn’t automatically done and wasn’t notified upon arrival. We ran out of towels and were never able to reach front desk or housekeeping by phone, it just rang and rang. Also, rooms were very warm, felt like a sauna!! "

"It was really nice for us , we went skiing in Tahoe and the location was great and affordable. The room was nice and clean and the bed super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi on a rainy day. "

"Front desk chexk in was easy , was extra resort charges (expedia) should list . Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms where clean and , a comfortable stay for my daughter and I. Would definitely stay again. "
