"This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. "

"We enjoyed a sunny Valentine's weekend based from this cute place. Perfect location in Venice within easy walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Didn’t even use the bikes as planned--though we would have used them to roam further with one more day. Between this cute convenient place, meals at Great White and The Win-Dow, witnessing Venice Electric Light Parade on Rose Ave, and two surfing lessons from Badass Surfing School, we absolutely enjoyed a fun and relaxing weekend. "Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. "Excellent location just off Hollywood Blvd! Great for walking! Property was clean, secure, & comfortable. Older building, with upgraded interior. You will need a small vehicle if parking-garage is tight access! Quiet, for a densely populated neighborhood! Easy access to ride share. Property mgr was quick to respond to our questions. "My husband and I were travelling with two teenage exchange students. This house was perfect! We were totally fine with one bathroom - we just made a plan ahead of time that the adults would shower early am, teens would shower pm / end of day, and it worked perfectly! We also had our friend's kids over one evening (they are much younger - 7 & 9 years). We made dinner and breakfast daily.
