"This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming. There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning! "

"We have stayed at over 20 different properties through both VRBO and ARBNB and this location is the best appointed property we have been to. The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of style. It was refreshing to have high end appliances and accessories in the Kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here as you visit the LA area. "

"Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great. The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on. The TV/Roku is great, the a/c works...

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. "This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. "Boutique hotel with a nice charm. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to rodeo drive and plenty of coffee shops. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The only issue was the shower setup of room, shower curtains not long enough causing them to get sucked in and stick to you as you shower, also water easily drips outside shower needing you to use towels to soak it up."
