"We had a wonderful stay. Amy and Trish were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and local advice. The breakfasts were amazing and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements, going above and beyond. The suite was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including appliances and cutlery, teas, etc. The outside space was also wonderful for enjoying the California sunshine in the mornings. Thank you all for a fantastic stay. "

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"

"Nice location, Hollywood sign can be seen from the room. The instruction for check-in is very helpful to us for an easy entry into the building. The room is spacious with everything needed. We tried to get an extra blanket but couldn’t find one in the storage room. The response from the staff is quick, the blanket was sent to us upon the request. Everything is good except parking is a little bit overpriced. "
