"There was a power outage in my area starting at 9:30 pm last night, so I called the hotel in the morning to request an early check-in. Emma assured me that I could check in as early as 10 am, understanding my need for a place with power to work—and she made it happen. The front desk was quick and attentive, allowing me to log into my work email and get started in no time. The room was clean, and I was able to work there comfortably all day."

"My Hummer EV 2025 was fine. Near the hotel, Beverly Plaza provided a charging station. Also, Roger Lynch CEO of Pandora whom has an office in the area, had his friends meet me at a Japanese Restaurant off Sunset Blvd. Anthony Blinken Secretary of State whom may be in Tokyo thinks of Alex Howley, the man that travels worldwide and stays at Sofitel."

"Staff were amazing, restaurant great food, service in the hotel was brilliant. Rooms very comfortable, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. The Uber service provided is awesome it helped me so much and saved me money. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars may not seem big but they would have made a big difference to me. Traveling solo and in a moon boot, I had 2 large cases, 1 small one and bags and would have been great if someone had of helped me load trolley and take to my room. There is traffic noise, after first night I kind of got use to it. I ordered room service first night, this may be normal there but I was surprised with a delivery fee on bill, I would have collected myself, it would be good to have this info on the menu just so we know. I would stay here again"
