"This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. I was very impressed with the level of hospitality they provided to us. We asked for recommendations for dinner, and they provided several. From the moment we stepped on property, we felt like royalty. The valets were engaging, the doorman was great. We arrived early, and the front desk was able to find rooms for us to check in very early, and they allowed us to late check out. All of this worked with our transportation schedule. They...

"Check in was 3:00. We got there a little early and waited for our room to be cleaned. 3:30 rolled around and we asked the front desk when our room will be done. He said they were finished cleaning but an inspection has to be done. Waited for another 15 minutes and asked how long does an inspection take. He said they have only 1 inspector for the entire hotel. By 4:00 we finally was able to get to our room. The next morning at 7:00, protestors were banging drums and chanting through loud speakers...
