"When I got into my room, the front door was too small for the door frame so outside air and noise came in while door was shut. I requested a new room and received one no problem. It was smaller but I didn’t need the space, so it was okay. Wall unit in room was old and dirty, and curtains were thin. This hotel is right off a major freeway so it was noisy with traffic. Overall, it was pretty comfy and service was good. Not sure I’d stay there again though. "

"We stayed at the Garland for my niece's wedding. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was during our visit. They were very friendly, always attentive and did everything they could to make our stay great. My sister was going to extend her stay by a couple days, due to meeting up with some other friends and they helped us get me and my daughter checked out, and her checked into the same room so there was an easy transition and no need for her to move out of the room we were in, and into another one. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I may be back if I venture that way again! "

"Great location for public transit. Convince store next door is alot cheaper for snacks instead of 5.00 for a bag of chips that hotel charges. Beds were comfy. Romm clean. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."

"This property is excellently located near the Hollywood Walk of Fame and several other attractions. The staff are so friendly, we even got a complimentary room upgrade! Everything is super clean and the breakfast at Preson's was amazing. Would stay here again without a doubt."
