"This was by far the worst hotel we ever attempted to stay at. We were first greeted by a very nice front desk rep, after several hours and hundreds of miles on the road but they did not have the right room reserved. The room was then changed but someone else was already in the same room, they changed us again and it was in a room that looked like a crime scene. Blood stained sheets, with urine and other items...
