"Nice staff"

"I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but a big reason we booked this hotel was the option to have a hot tub, which was no in service. It would have been helpful to know this when the room was booked. Other than that issue, the hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly."

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"The King and Prince never disappoints. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Love the set up with fire pits, pool, hot tub, coffee shop. Great views!"

"Unfortunately there was a lot of road construction, blocked off lanes which nade leaving the hotel for dinner a challenge. Two of the restursnts were closed, so we had to go to a third. Not fun after traveljng all day. None of this is a reflection on the hotel, but it does make the visit inconvenient "
