"A lovely hotel in wild, tranquil surroundings. Food was excellent, albeit a limited choice. For a holiday hotel, breakfast finishing at 10.00. was annoying, especially on weekends. Bed and room were small but comfortable and had most everything you needed, except tissues. On the downside, the lighting throughout the hotel is dreadful, especially the restaurant, but there is absolutely nowhere where you can sit and read, even in the bedrooms.. "The hotel is small, but everything exceeded our expectation. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The location is superb for visiting Geysir. Breakfast included at Hotel Geysir is great. We had a very good stay!"

"It was all really amazing. the view from the room it was from the mountain soooo beautiful. The staffs are lovely made our breakfast with love and was all really delicious. I highly recommend and definitely when I go back to Iceland I will be there."
