"Lovely stay (eventually) had a hiccup on the first night when someone had taken our room before we arrived! (Not good when arriving late at 9pm and just wanting to get settled)! The staff when we rang were incredibly apologetic about the mix up (not their fault) and made every effort to rectify as quickly as possible. Can’t fault the customer service. I had a clean room, clean shared bathroom and a good breakfast in a safe area very close to Hallgrímskirkja church. They also can do laundry for a cost and hold luggage."
