"My husband, I, and our chihuahua loved our stay!! I'm so happy the hotel is pet friendly so we can bring our fur-baby with us! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming! The unlimited coffee and hot tea in the lounge is awesome. Breakfast is amazing! As a vegetarian, there are lots of options! As a gluten-free vegetarian, there were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh fruit and canned fruit. Food was super yummy!! The room is clean and cozy and it's right on the Gatlinburg strip so you just walk...

"Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold). "We love the staff at Reagan Inn and the convenience to everything that it offers. My only Complaint this time around was we were given a room with an attached door to our neighbors and I have never had that issue before. It was very uncomfortable feeling like we had to whisper and listening to them all night with little ones. I have never had a hotel put me in a room like this unless I asked to be and the hotel was far from packed so I didn’t see the reason as to why we had to have that room. "

"The history of the Inn makes it unique. We have wanted to stay here for years but just never did. We definitely will stay again. Our room was an older room and small, but fine for my wife and I. The breakfast was great and staff was as well. The location is perfect for walking downtown. During by the fireplace and reading, talking, and watching the snow fall was great. Free hot chocolate, cider, and coffee is a bonus also. We love Gatlinburg. "
