"Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. Once inside, contacted the 800 number since no one on site. maintenance person lived hour away…but (un)fortunately was already on his way b/c another family was unable to get into their room. "We stayed in the cabin Splash Happy on the Creek for my 50th birthday. Everything about this cabin is amazing!! Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return. "

"We had a great stay! When we first arrived, there was a large tarp blowing in the wind near our patio, but it was removed the next day, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. As a single mom traveling with two boys, I felt secure the entire time. We walked everywhere or took the trolley, which was super convenient. The hot breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. No complaints here—we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again!"
