"We did ask for a fan and they delivered the very next day which was great! There was a local resident with multiple dogs and they barked a lot. The property company looked into it and they said a bear was in the area, however, we continued to hear the barking."

"We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. This cabin is run by a corporation and not an individual, so the bare minimum is available. 1 roll of single ply sandpaper.....errrrr.......I mean toilet paper. 50 thread count sheets, the cheapest possible linens, 4 towels that you can't wash because they do not provide laundry detergent. "Mountain View Memories was great! The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful views! My family of 6 had no issues sleeping or moving around. A few tips: The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils, but there aren’t any condiments or seasonings. Be sure to purchase those when you bring your groceries. Also, the bedroom outlets have these cute little bear covers on them. Super cute, but they make it difficult to plug in anything so we had to charge our phones in the kitchen. Lastly,...
