We absolutely loved the room we were given. This was not our first time at this location, and it will not be our last. It is such a convenient location for easy accessibility to the strip in Gatlinburg and many great restaurants.

We have stayed here many times, it is super convenient to downtown and everything is walkable. Was a little disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub was closed. And there was no room cleaning and no breakfast.

Easy walk to the strip. We were on the top floor of one of the towers with a great view of the town & mountains. Staff very helpful & friendly. Our second time to stay here, would definitely stay here again.
