"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there. "Our stay was really incredible. The staff is so professional, attentive and extremely friendly. From the one who helps you park your car right in front to all the other staff members that are ready to wait on you 24/7. The breakfast choice we made was spectacular, highly recommend it. The actual grounds are superbly maintained and the Casas are stunning!. Definitely recommend it as we will definitely go back to stay!!!!. "

"The hotel is situated near public transportation. However, they don't tend to tell you if some of the amenities fail (heater, fan, etc). The staff members are nice, but they fail to tell you about certain things you need to pay for (guest attendance for pool, room service, etc). Overall, it was worth it to stay under the old management, but with the new changes and charges for the simple things, it's not worth it anymore."
