"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always appreciate the quiet, dim ambiance. The beds are comfortable, and the tub is a nice touch. During my last stay, however, the housekeepers were cleaning the balcony at the end of the hallway outside my room, and water ended up on the floor, seeping into my room. It appears that this particular room is designed to allow the stream to flow in and drain into a small hole. Nothing will get damaged unless you place your bags or other items in that...

"This is a very nice, centrally located hotel in Santo Domingo. It's clean and when you make a reservation it is a transparent experience (You Get What You See advertised). The restaurant could be improved with some more options than just fast food and maybe somebody who can speak the local language would be good in that area. Also, providing an option for early check-in may be a good idea."

"When arrived there was no one at the property, and when someone finally showed up, didn't have the reservation, he had to make a few phone calls and finally let us it. Room does no hay windows. So, if your will be arriving after 10pm, make sure the guard knows you will arrive and if you are not claustrophobic, then consider no windows."

"this property was perfect for the amount of time we needed to stay and specially for the distance to the main bus terminal in the area. would stay there again, but parking should be advised that the property can hold 2 vehicles , and the time is controlled due to businesses. but would definitely stay there again and again and again.
