"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Bath towels smells musty even after washing them. Entire house smell like smoke. Bathrooms sinks were dirty. All kitchen utensils are kind of old, out of shape. It needs better maintenance/cleaning."

"The best thing there was the only girl and staff her name is Melissa although the property was awful and evertglhing was dysfunction Melissa was great. The first night there was broken shower spilling water everywhere. The next day i was changed to that had an awful internet signal. The Jacuzzy didnt work. The area was the best right in the heart of Conolial city."

"Location is near restaurant, market, pharmacy & subway…. Good for sleeping and going into town. The bus to Puta Cana and other cities is located near by making it the perfect transitional spot."

"Not a good experience. Not Worth a Price. Nothing was working like No AC, No TV, No Shower working. Booked the trip for 4 nights but checked out next day. Fair price should be around $120 per night."

"The house is beautiful and looks like the photos. Only cons include the check out/in process. There doesn’t seem to be anything in place, and the host does not respond quickly. But she accommodated us and met our needs. The house needs some patio/pool furniture to hang by the pool. Other than that it was a good experience. Would rent again."

"El lugar es un fraude, robo en la direccion que aparece online, ese lugar no existe, les recomiendo que quiten ese lugar de su pagina, en la calle amistad # 3 casi esquina calle las caobas lo que existe es una casa familiar, donde la dueña tomo una foto de la pagina de ustedes para proceder judicialmente, yo hablare con mi banco para que cancelen la transacion y me devuelva mi dinero. "I got there and was told by the person who owns the property that it wasn’t available for renting, so I had no where to stay and had to pay for a hotel room for me and friends, even though I had already paid for this property through Vrbo. Then each time I contacted Vrbo I was on hold for at least an hour and a half before being allowed to speak to someone that could “help” me. After 2 days of called I was told to pick from a few different locations and I would be put in a new location, 24 hours...
