"Great staff and rooms"

"I stayed for four nights while attending a conference. The room was clean, and the maid service came daily, which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the food tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. One major downside was the $25 per night parking fee, especially since there’s no free parking nearby—it felt excessive after already paying for a hotel stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s close to Disneyland, with lots of restaurants nearby...

"I was impressed with the inside of the building's architecture. I love the breakfast that was included in our stay. It was top-notch for being complimentary. The staff was great, I loved our room because of the giant window that is in the bedroom. The room was clean on arrival. For a Hilton, I expected the beds to be on the nicer, more comfortable side but they were not. The mattress was very hard to sleep on. The bathroom had NO exhaust fan! Not as in not working, it just didn't have one!!...

"Upon arriving the person at the front desk (honestly forgot her name) was really nice and helpful. The place was nice and clean. I did like that the room had a mini kitchen. The thing I didn't like was the traffic and how hard it was to go to the store (can't help it though, especially near the freeway)."

"This place was horrible and dirty the towels were Brown and crunchy even though it was remodeled it was in desperate need of repairs holes in the wall paint mix match there is no courtesy shampoo or conditioner one bar soap parking is terrible a lot of run-down Vehicles parked there with cobwebs hanging off of them not enough room for guests and the bedspreads even had cigarette Burns in them thier advertised price was far less than what i was charged. "The property is very decent except at night middle of the night after 1 AM all the way until 5 AM it is very noisy. You can call the office and they don’t do nothing about it but besides that it is excellent the owner Jon and the manager of Mac’s they are very excellent people."
