"It was a very nice hotel and location for the price(right by an Aeon mall and the main Fujinomiya station). The staff was very friendly and even let me keep my luggage with them after i checked out. Very spacious and comfortable room. 10/10, best hotel i stayed at in Japan so far!"

"とても雰囲気があり、オーナーさんのこだわりを感じるホテルです。スタッフの方も感じがよく、リラックスできました。エアストリームの客室は、寝室・バストイレに行くのに外に出るので不便さはありますが、子供たちもとても喜んでいました。少し残念だったのは、部屋のWiFiが繋がらなかった事(山だから仕方ない?)と、朝ごはんがシンプル過ぎだった事(盛付けなどは素敵です)。 今回は悪天候でしたが、お天気が良ければ歩いて行ける田貫湖や、敷地内のお散歩などもっと楽しめると思いました。 機会があれば、また行きたいホテルです。"

"友達との飲み会後の宿泊で利用させていただきました。 朝食時にパンを一切れ食べ終えるところでしたが、８時４５分を回ったところで、テレビを消してドアを閉めてと淡々と片付け始められたのがもの凄く感じ悪くうつりました。 外国人の方のみでサービスをされていたので、そもそも期待はしておりませんが朝から気分の良いものではなく残念でした。 あと宿泊者が少ないときはせめて同じ階でも一部屋おきにお客さんを入れる等、音の配慮があると良いと思いました。意外とテレビの音等隣からの音が夜になると尚気になりました。 "

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."
