"La Vista is set quite high up so if you're coming on the tourist bus (red line near stop 17) like us it's a bit of a mountain goat trek up the hill. If you have heavy bags it would be advisable to get a taxi. But when you get to the hotel the view is awesome. I think all the rooms have a view, and we were lucky that Mt Fuji was visible and the day was lovely. The bathroom and balcony overlook the settlement below and the mountain. The rooms are quite traditional but comfortable and clean. Ours...
