"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."

"Although the exterior and decoration is dated in the 1980’s, this hotel has been treated with respect and love. You cannot beat the location and the tranquility it offers. The service, food, onsen, and facilities are excellent. Breakfast is fantastic. The personal are polite and very helpful. If you are visiting Fuji, this is the best view and the best hotel by far."
